Therapy

We place great importance on the accessibility of our care. Our therapists are paneled with all major insurance providers, including:

• Alabama Medicaid (primary care referral is required)

Most therapeutic services are covered by insurance, but we advise all of our clients to check in with their insurance provider independently prior to receiving services. For clients who would like to claim out-of-network benefits, we will be happy to provide a superbill for all services with which reimbursement may be pursued from an insurance provider.

 

Additionally, our therapists take private pay clients on a sliding scale (dependent upon provider license level) beginning at $90 per one-hour session.

Medication Management

Our psychiatric staff are paneling with most major insurance providers, including:

Additionally, our prescribers accept private pay clients beginning at $100 per 30 minute session.

Other Services and Fees

We want to be good stewards of our clients' resources as well as our own time. These fees will be incurred for certain services that require our staff to go above and beyond.

• No show- $35 per occurrence, must be paid before a client can be rescheduled.

• Complex letter request- $35 per letter that requires a chart review.

• Records request- $30 if a party other than the principle client requests records to be released with the client's consent.

• School or work excuse- free of charge!
