Founded in 2011 by Nancy McDonald, Foundations was built on the belief that everyone has unique strengths and challenges. Being in the rural South, options for mental healthcare have traditionally been few and far between. That's why our staff are thoughtfully selected for their clinical aptitudes and the unique skillsets they bring to our group. Our team has clinicians from a wide range of backgrounds, each with a deep pool of knowledge.
